How to emboss the silicone label to fabric?

 If we want to emboss our company logo or other design to the clothes, what should we do?

What we need: material, mold, machine.

1.Prepare the material: mix the silicone oil, color paste and curing agent in a certain ratio. After finishing mixed, put the material to vacuum machine to remove bubbles.

2.If it only has one color, you can scrap the material into mold manually.

If it has a lot of colors, you can put the material into barrel of dispensing machine, set a program and then fill the mold by dispensing machine.

3.Set the time and temperature in advance, and then put the fabric on the mold, start the embossing machine.

4.Finished.
