1. Open the mold, make the corresponding renderings according to the requirements, use computer engraving, and open the corresponding mold.

3. Use the Jinyu Vacuum Machine to remove air bubbles from the mixed materials. This step is directly related to product quality. If air bubbles are not eliminated, the finished product will be very rough.

4. To make the goods, the technician sets up the Dongguan Jinyu Automatic Dispensing Machine, injects liquid PVC raw materials into the corresponding position of the mold according to the drawing, and then puts the mold on the baking table and passes through high temperature (180-200 degrees Celsius) to solidify the liquid material , heating and forming, the number of baking times is generally determined according to the product situation, and the machine has intelligent cooling until the final sample is taken out.

5. Fill the base material with the Jinyu Base Material Filling Machine, and then put it into the Jinyu Mold Camping Machine. The machine has two stations for automatic hot-press forming and cold-press shaping, so that the PVC double-sided doll is completed. The quantity depends on the size of the mold, and more than one can be made at one time.

6. Quality inspection and edge trimming. Each product must be free of air bubbles, trachoma, color mixing, clean overall, and carefully trimmed to meet the standards.

7. Install the accessories according to the customer's product requirements, and complete the packaging work before packing.

8. Pack and deliver according to the specified requirements and weight.
