What is the rubber vacuum vulcanized machine?

  Rubber vulcanizing is a process of changing the raw rubber into cooked rubber. It needs pressure, temperature and vulcanizing time in this process.

  The vulcanized machine provides the pressure by oil cylinder, control the temperature and time by heating plates and PLC screen precisely and easily.

So what the differences between hydraulic machine with rubber vacuum vulcanized machine?

The rubber vacuum vulcanized machine has following features compared to hydraulic machine:

1.With vacuum pump. It is very useful when you make heat transfer label. After attaching the heat melt adhesive firm, it will always bring some bubbles between the material with firm, which will affect the performance of product so the vacuum step is necessary.

2. With front top mostly. The front top is used to open the big mold, it will make this process easily.

3. With button to adjust pressure. On the PLC touching screen, you can adjust the pressure what you need conveniently.
